Refund and Returns Policy

We are dedicated to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, are damaged or defective, or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you need to follow the Returns Policy. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Spartan online, all claims must be made within 14 days of purchase or within a reasonable time of awareness of defect and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please therefore retain the proof of purchase emailed to you from Spartan Online or third party Marketplace as this is your proof of purchase to raise any claims. Spartan may reject claims which are not made within a reasonable time and/or where there is no proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team should you notice any issues or defects with your product. Our team will deal with each case based on its merits and depending on the circumstances will either offer to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in a fully re‐saleable condition.

Can I return a part of my order? 

Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

How long will the return process take?

Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to process and you have another 7 days to dispatch the product for inspection. Since you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

How will I receive my Refund?

If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account.Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Credits or Bank Transfer.Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
If Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

How do I return a product?

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:

1) Place your item in its original packaging

2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice

3) Keep the product and the package ready 

4) If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly

Please check with our customer care if we cover your city for pickup and we do in most cases. If however your city is not covered or if you wish to send the product on your own please use this address.

Spartan Cricket Bat Refund/Exchange Policy and Process

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Spartan Cricket Bat purchase from Spartan online or third party Marketplace, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unwashed, unworn with the packaging & tags still attached). Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be despatched.

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund or size exchange, please contact us via email at help@spartansports.co.in or call on +91 90411 99946; +91 92165 51200. You will be provided with a Returns Authority number and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.

Wrong Size 

Please note there is NO Returns policy on change of mind returns as sporting equipment is a special equipment and becomes unsalabel after usage.

RETURN/CANCELLATION OF A PRODUCT YOU NO LONGER WANT

1 If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.

2. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:

- If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

- If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (ie do not accept the package).

'- If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (ie return the product), then please follow the steps above.

3. You can return any product that you have received as long as.

-the product(s) is unused.

- the product is retuned in its original condition
i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
